Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Norway. We are working on opening shipping to other countries in the near future.

Delivery Time 

The goods are delivered without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after ordering. 

Standard delivery time in Norway: 3-5 working days. 

International shipments: Stated delivery times are indicative. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal conditions in the receiving country. 

 Risk for the Goods 

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer once they, or their representative, have received the goods delivered in accordance with the agreement. 

 International Freight (Customs and VAT) 

 For shipments to countries outside of Norway, the buyer is personally responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and VAT in the receiving country. 

 Uncollected Packages 

 If the package is not collected within the post office's deadlines, the order will be canceled upon return to us. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the actual costs associated with the return freight.
