Refund policy

Every piece of jewelry in NEW&UNIK JEWELRY is a result of meticulous craftsmanship. We use carefully selected glass beads, natural stones, and other unique materials. Since each product is handmade and contains natural materials, it possesses its own unique characteristics, making every piece truly one of a kind. 

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure that the item and materials are suitable for you. 

Right to cancel 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. 

Notification 

 Notice of withdrawal must be provided in writing (email, return form).

Item Condition 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original new condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging. 

Costs 

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by the shop. 

Refunds 

 The shop will refund the value of the item within 14 days after receiving the notice (the shop reserves the right to withhold payment until the item has been received and its condition inspected). 

International Returns: For returns from abroad, the package must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration to avoid customs fees. 

Claims (If the item has a defect) 

All jewelry is inspected before shipping. In the event of a defect, please contact the shop at info@newunikjewelry.com with a description and photos.

Repair, replacement, or a full refund. 

Return Costs 

In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the shop covers all shipping costs and refunds the full order amount. 

What is Not Considered a Defect 

Natural characteristics: Natural variations in the color and texture of materials. 

Color representation: Slight differences in shades due to your screen settings. 

Wear and Tear: Metal oxidation, fading/discoloration from sunlight, or damage from water, perfume, and impact. 

Delivery Information 

Address: You are responsible for providing the correct address. Re-shipping costs due to errors are covered by you. 

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not picked up, it does not count as a valid withdrawal. The shop will refund the item price but will deduct the actual round-trip shipping costs.
